Common questions.

How long does it really take to go live?
Four weeks is our typical commitment for SMBs with a clear scope. Larger enterprises with multiple internal stakeholders or custom integrations may take 6–8 weeks. The first usable staging bot is always live by week 3.
Do we need a technical team on our side?
No. We handle the build. You need one operations or product owner to be the day-to-day point of contact, and an IT contact for the WhatsApp/CRM credentials. That’s it.
What about data privacy and where is data stored?
Customer conversation data is stored on AWS Mumbai region by default. We’re GDPR-aligned and can sign a DPA on request. Your knowledge base never leaves our infrastructure to train any other tenant’s model.
Can the bot transfer to a human agent?
Yes — smart escalation is built in. The bot detects frustration, hard intents (refunds, complaints, legal), or explicit “talk to a human” requests and routes to your live team with full chat context.
What happens after launch?
Weekly insight reports for the first 90 days, then monthly. Monthly retraining is included. You get a dedicated success contact for the duration of your contract.
